After the management cluster has been boostrapped (see bootstrap directory), the following steps are:

(From the infra/clusters/management directory)

  1. ./scripts/generate-tf-backend-config.sh
  2. terraform init -backend-config=backend.tfvars -reconfigure
  3. terraform apply
